Bowl Championship Series

The BCS is a five-game arrangement for post-season college football that is managed by the 11 Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I-A) conferences and institutions. Its purpose is to match the top two teams in a bowl game and to create exciting matchups in four other games.

Chick-fil-A Bowl

The 43rd annual bowl game will be played Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m. EST in the Georgia Dome and will pit the second selection from the Atlantic Coast Conference against a Southeastern Conference opponent in the longest-running ACC-SEC match-up in the nation.
