DALLAS, July 26, 2010 - The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced today that Brandbridge Ltd, an award winning full-service creative, film, HD video and live event production company based in suburban Philadelphia, Pa., will produce the 2010 NFF Annual Awards Dinner at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City on Dec. 7, 2010.

"We're excited to work with Tony Buemi and his team at Brandbridge Ltd for a fourth consecutive year," said NFF President & CEO Steve Hatchell. "With an audience of the most influential people in sports, the NFF Annual Award Dinner has to be a first-rate production, and Tony has continuously brought a creative approach and an attention to detail that is worthy of our blue-chip audience. Headed by creative director and producer Tony Buemi, Brandbridge Ltd's work spans the globe with a wide range of projects, including product launches, awards ceremonies, general sessions, global webcasts as well as intimate event gatherings designed to honor and celebrate. The organization's accolades include seven Silver Telly Awards, 13 Bronze Telly Awards, the Silver and Bronze World Medals at the 2001 New York International Festivals and Certificates of Creative Excellence at the US International Film & Video Festivals.

Other projects include creating and producing the general sessions for Oracle Application's Users Groups in venues across the globe; global webcasts for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies; and recent live event productions for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, the National Liberty Museum, the Franklin Institute, and IMS Health.

The 2010 banquet marks the 53rd NFF Annual Awards Dinner. As the culmination of the regular season, the event features the induction of the 2010 College Football Hall of Fame class from the Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I-A) as well as the presentation of the NFF Gold Medal, the organization's highest honor, which has been claimed by seven U.S. Presidents, four U.S. Generals, three U.S. Admirals, 26 corporate CEOs, and one U.S. Supreme Court Justice. The 2010 recipient will be announced shortly.

This year's hall of fame class includes Dennis Byrd (North Carolina State); Ronnie Caveness (Arkansas); Ray Childress (Texas A&M); Randy Cross (UCLA); Sam Cunningham (Southern California); Mark Herrmann (Purdue); Clarkston Hines (Duke); Desmond Howard (Michigan); Chet Moeller (Navy); Jerry Stovall (LSU); Pat Tillman (Arizona State); Alfred Williams (Colorado); and coaches Barry Alvarez (Wisconsin) and Gene Stallings (Texas A&M, Alabama).

The first organization in history to provide post-graduate scholarships based on a player's combined academic and athletic accomplishments, the NFF also utilizes the event's national stage to distribute more than $275,000 to the winners of the highly sought-after National Scholar-Athlete Awards, and in dramatic fashion one member of the National Scholar-Athlete Award class will be declared the winner of the coveted William V. Campbell Trophy, endowed by HealthSouth, as the nation's absolute best football scholar-athlete from all divisions of play. The scholar-athlete class will be announced on the last Thursday in October.

Several more of college football's most prestigious honors will be bestowed at the event, including the Distinguished American Award (with the 2010 recipient to be announced shortly); the Outstanding Contribution to Amateur Football Award (2010 recipient Joe Kearney); the John L. Toner Award for superior abilities in athletics administration (2010 recipient Bob Mulcahy); the Outstanding Football Official Award (2010 recipient Rogers Redding); and the Chris Schenkel Award for excellence in broadcasting (2010 recipient Joe Starkey).

Hundreds of the nation's top business executives, community leaders, military heads and dignitaries turn out each year for the black-tie affair, and the event also boasts many famous returnees, including more than 40 current head coaches from the Football Bowl Subdivision (Formerly Division I-A) and 50 returning Hall of Famers.
