Over $26,000 in scholarships were distributed at the 2008 scholar-athlete banquet The Orange County Chapter is designed to serve all levels of amateur football and to develop scholarship, citizenship and athletic achievement. Through the game of football, the Orange County Chapter serves as a positive influence for the youth in our county and our country. The chapter’s annual Scholar-Athlete awards banquet recognizes outstanding coaches, officials and community leaders who have contributed to the game. The presentation of scholarships is very important in reaching the goals of the foundation.
