NFF Recognizes Corporate Partners of 60th NFF Annual Awards Dinner
Multiple corporate leaders support the mission of the National Football Foundation by linking their brands with the NFF’s marquee event on Dec. 5.

IRVING, Texas (Nov. 17, 2017)
– The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame highlighted today the key corporate partners who are supporting the 60th NFF Annual Awards Dinner at the New York Hilton Midtown on Dec. 5. These companies see the value in college football and the NFF’s mission of using the game as a force for creating educational opportunities and instilling leadership and the drive to compete in the next generation.

The 60th NFF Annual Awards Dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 5, will be streamed live on ESPN3, starting at 8:30 p.m. ET. The Annual Awards Press Conference will also stream live that day on ESPN3, with the College Football Hall of Fame inductees at 10 a.m. ET and the NFF Campbell Trophy® Finalists at 11 a.m. ET.

A star-studded College Football Hall of Fame Class headlines the event, and 13 of the game’s current stars will collect $241,000 in postgraduate scholarships as members of the 2017 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, presented by Fidelity Investments. The 13 student-athletes will also vie to be the recipient of the coveted William V. Campbell Trophy®, presented by Fidelity Investments, which will be awarded that night for the 28th time to the nation’s top football scholar-athlete. A record crowd is expected as the NFF Annual Awards Dinner moves to its new venue at the New York Hilton Midtown.

The NFF sponsors have taken on a variety of roles in support of the event and surrounding activities, which stretch the entire season. The support includes everything from shining a light on the honorees to helping with travel expenses to making donations to the colleges and universities for their academic support services. 

The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl will host the 13th Annual NFF National Hall of Fame Salute. The event will honor the 2017 College Football Hall of Fame Class on the field during the 50th edition of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, which will take place Jan. 1, 2018, at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, just a short distance away from the College Football Hall of Fame. The game will be nationally telecast on ESPN beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Delta Air Lines
, one of the world’s largest global airlines, is the NFF’s official carrier and has aided in the travel needs of the National Football Foundation and the night’s honorees. Delta also serves as the presenting sponsor of the receptions prior to the NFF Annual Awards Dinner.

In 2011, Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of not-for-profit workplace retirement savings plans to higher education employees, and the NFF launched a multi-year initiative between the two organizations to celebrate the scholar-athlete ideal and a joint commitment to higher education. The New York Athletic Club
, committed to the pursuit of sporting excellence, became the official home of The William V. Campbell Trophy® in 2013. As part of the partnership between the NYAC and the NFF, the trophy occupies a prominent section of the NYAC Hall of Fame, featuring the names of each of the Campbell Trophy® winners at the club's landmark building on Central Park in New York City. The organizations work together each year to stage multiple events at the facility with the trophy as the focal point, including a luncheon honoring the Campbell Trophy® winner the day after the Annual Awards Dinner.
