I'm A Football Player®: Leaders Highlight Football’s Impact on Their Careers
Showcasing former college football players who have experienced success off the field.

IRVING, Texas (Oct. 11, 2017) - The National Football Foundation (NFF) today highlighted 11 top citizens who have all recently paid tribute to the game of football and its positive impact on their careers as part of the NFF's "I'm A Football Player®" initiative. One element of a larger campaign launched in 2013 called Football Matters®, the initiative takes advantage of social media channels to showcase the life-long benefits of the game. 

All former college football players are encouraged to share their stories with the NFF. If you, or someone you know, played college football and would like to share your story, please email us at FBMatters@footballfoundation.com.

Throughout the fall, the NFF has been producing and distributing the social media graphics each Tuesday and Thursday, and the first set from September to early October has profiled a diverse set of individuals, including:
